Every product on this site is a digital download — a PDF or digital file, not a physical item. Nothing is shipped. Once you check out, your file is delivered instantly (or within a few minutes) via download link or email.
Purchases made through our website are processed securely via Payhip — that name may appear on your card or bank statement.
Because digital files are delivered instantly and can't be "returned," we don't offer refunds for a simple change of mind, ordering the wrong theme, or deciding you no longer want it after downloading. Please review the product photos and description carefully before buying.
That said — if something is genuinely broken, here's exactly what happens:
1. Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem.
2. We'll troubleshoot with you and send a fresh, working copy of the file.
3. If that still doesn't resolve a genuine technical fault, we'll issue a refund.
We can't verify a file is actually broken without troubleshooting first — most "it doesn't work" reports turn out to be a spam-folder download link or a browser hiccup, both fixed in under a minute. This process exists to catch the real faults quickly, not to make things difficult.
Because digital downloads are delivered instantly, orders can't be cancelled once purchased. If you ordered by mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
